Please read in full before commissioning me1. I, the artist, reserve the right to reject/refuse commissions if inappropriate or if you, the client, act disrespectful/inappropriate2. Commissions are first come first serve, if you find my commissions are closed or if I have one more slot open and I refuse your commission request due to someone appearing right before you, I ask you to be patient as I will, undoubtedly, re-open commissions in time.3. Commissions are non-refundable once started. There will be several opportunities to cancel the commission leading up to a certain point where you will be informed by me.
3a. Commissions must be paid 50% upfront (sketch commissions
require the full amount.)
3b. Upon finalization of sketch and client expresses satisfaction
the remaining 50% of the commission must be paid before
finalization and presentation of the commission.
3c. Writing commissions, upon given the word length of the
commission will require 50% of the payment upfront and
the remaining 50% is provided prior to client receiving
the commission.4. You, as the client, have permission to post the commission on social media, HOWEVER credit must be stated in the post and my watermark must be clearly visible.5. You, the client, are not allowed to use the commission for commercial, political, religious, or hateful rhetoric to any group/organization/association/etc. The only exception to this condition is if you, the client, have specified your purpose of using the commission and I have consented to such.6. As the original creator, I, Pyronic_e, retain the rights to the artwork as I am the original artist and may use your commission art as an example in my portfolio and/or post the work on my own socials with credit to you for your commission. The only exception to this is if you have expressed wishes to not have the commission shown on my portfolio or socials clearly with me.By commissioning me you have agreed to understand and uphold these conditions listed and any kind of violation of these conditions will result in a blacklist on you, the client, to commission me permanently, including alternative accounts and attempts to contact me.Additional Information:1. 2a. If you have a deadline in mind, be sure to
inform me in advance
2b. Please be patient! I am a full-time university
student, a part-time amusement park worker,
personal projects, and a human just like you3. Production can take up to several weeks, a few months,
or sometimes only a few days. It really just depends
on my schedule.4. I will keep you updated in terms of progress on your
commission and will inform you ahead of time for
planned/expected periods of unavailability and
will communicate with you about
unforseen/unexpected absences/emergencies/events5. Any major changes to the piece after finalizing the
sketch will cost additional fees.6. Additional Characters will cost extra; 50% of the
original cost of the commission.7. Feel free to ask questions for anything you may
have about the commissions process!

- Writing Commissions are based off of the amount of words
that come in the piece, not the genre, sub-genre, character
amount, etc. it is only taking into account the amount of words.
- Writing Commissions have their own "Yes | Maybe | No" list
which is provided here, please review and be aware of these
as I am firm in these stances.
- Due to the nature of Writing Commissions updates to you,
the client, will cover mostly outlines to ensure that
characterization is correct.
HOWEVER, if a character that exists in the public
domain is involved, I will write the character as the creator
intended the character to be written and perceived UNLESS
you specify you would like otherwise (ex. a character
headcanon you have about them or if this is a writing
